§ CAP-200

How a project runs

Six stages from your first email to pallets on a truck. You get a named contact at stage one and keep them through release.

Scope and quote Send the dosage form, fill size, quantity, and either your formula or a description of what you want. We come back with batch size, lead time, and per-unit cost.

Formula and bench work We validate your formula or develop one. Bench samples go out for your approval before anything scales up.

Components and materials Raw materials, bottles, closures, and labels are sourced and received. Everything is quarantined and identity-tested before release to production.

Pilot batch A scaled trial run confirms the formula behaves on production equipment. You approve the pilot before we commit the full batch.

Production and fill Compounding, filling, capping, and labeling against a written master formula, with in-process checks recorded as the batch runs.

Release and ship Finished goods testing, certificate of analysis, retained sample, and a packout to your specification. Then it ships.
